The Bound Together Foundation recognizes that it doesn't matter if help is out there, if you can't access it when you need it most. No one should be denied access to care simply because they lack sufficient resources. To help bridge this gap, we offer micro-grants to individuals who are in need of gender, relational, or sexual health care but who lack the out of pocket resources required to access this care. These funds can be used to pay for:

- Mental Health Counseling copays
- Fees to professionals who write gender affirming care letters
- Sex & Relationship Therapy costs not covered by insurance
- Copays associated with gender affirming speech or vocal therapy
- Pharmaceutical copays for gender affirming or sexual health medications
- Some forms of medical debt associated with gender, sexual, or relational health care
- Travel expenses when access to care is more than 100 miles from your home
